Organization and Services
Our “Organization and Services” division provides the essential foundation for high-quality patient care and the smooth operation of our hospital. Our teams in Nursing Management, Secretarial and Executive Support, Patient Management, as well as a wide range of administrative, technical and medical support services coordinate the many processes surrounding our patients. Together, they ensure efficient organization, reliable communication and the highest standards throughout the daily operations of the INI.

Overall responsibility for nursing teams and quality of patient care.
Secretarial and Executive Support
Provides administrative and organizational support to medical staff. Schedules appointments, manages correspondence, coordinates day-to-day office tasks.

Service Team
Our service staff provide our patients with wide-ranging support during their stay and are the contact persons for many concerns. In doing so, they relieve our nursing staff and add variety to the daily routine of our patients and their families. Every day they ask patients individually about their preferred meals and are available to answer questions about the composition of the individual dishes (allergens and the like).
