Before Your Arrival

• Medical Record Review Our specialists will conduct a thorough review of your medical reports and imaging to provide an initial assessment and determine the best course of action.
• Treatment Plan & Cost Estimate We provide a transparent and detailed preliminary treatment plan along with a comprehensive cost estimate to help you make informed decisions.
• Appointment Scheduling We coordinate all necessary appointments for consultations, diagnostics, and treatment, creating a logical and efficient schedule for your visit.
• Visa Assistance We provide official invitation letters and the necessary documentation from the institute to support your medical visa application process.

During Your Stay

• Travel & Accommodation Support We can assist with recommending and arranging suitable hotels or serviced apartments near the institute, as well as organizing airport transfers for a smooth arrival.
• Welcome and On-site Guidance Upon your arrival at INI, your patient coordinator will welcome you and help you navigate the admission process and familiarize you with our facility.
• Interpretation Services We can arrange for professional medical interpreters for a wide range of languages to ensure clear communication between you, your family, and our medical teams.
• Support for Cultural & Dietary Needs Our team respects and accommodates diverse cultural and religious needs, including providing certified halal meals and arranging for spiritual support where required.
• Financial Services & Coordination We assist with managing financial arrangements, including coordinating with international insurance providers, handling embassy guarantees, and processing payments.

After Your Departure

• Comprehensive Medical Reports Upon completion of your treatment, we provide you with a full set of medical reports in English or German for your records and for your physician at home.
• Follow-up Coordination We facilitate the planning of any necessary follow-up care, whether through remote tele-consultations or by coordinating with your local doctor.
• Medication & Prescription Assistance We can assist with organizing necessary prescriptions to ensure continuity of care upon your return home.

Baroque Elegance and Blooming Beauty

The Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen (Herrenhäuser Gärten)

Considered one of Europe's most beautiful baroque parks, this is a must-see. Stroll through the meticulously designed Great Garden (Großer Garten) with its stunning fountains and sculptures, or explore the botanical wonders of the Berggarten. It is a perfect place for a peaceful and restorative walk.

The New Town Hall

At first glance, many visitors to Hanover think it is a palace, but it is actually the Neues Rathaus (New Town Hall). Today, the glorious building, which was erected in 1913 and dates back to the era of Wilhelm II, is one of the landmarks of this metropolis on the Leine river. The town hall is not just a landmark, it is also one of the city’s most photographed buildings.

Old Town

The old town of Hannover extended from Steintor to Aegidientorplatz and is today only recognizable by its elliptical shape. The old main streets like Osterstraße, Schmiedestraße, Knochenhauerstraße, Burgstraße, Leinestraße and others are linked by numerous lanes and join again at the old gates as was common in German merchants' settlements in the Middle Ages.

The Maschsee Lake offers the people of Hannover a recreational area in the heart of the city, both on the water and all around it: for yachting, canoeing and pedal-boating, for joggers, skaters and strollers. On the banks of the lake you will find the celebrated Sprengel Museum Hannover.
