While many patients enter the program in the subacute phase, days to weeks after the initial injury or surgery, we also treat patients in later chronic stages, even months or years after the original event. This allows us to serve the entire continuum of neurorehabilitation, from early recovery to long-term care and late surgical optimization. Our brain recovery program also aims to improve cognitive functions based on advanced neurobiological assessment of brain structure and function, allowing us to tailor cognitive rehabilitation strategies to individual patient needs.
