How to Reach INI Hannover
By Car
INI Hannover is conveniently located within the Medical Park and is easily accessible from the major motorways (Autobahn).
- From the A2 (Dortmund/Berlin)Take exit 47 "Hannover-Buchholz" and follow the signs for "MHH / Medical Park."
- From the A7 (Hamburg/Kassel)At the "Hannover-Kirchhorst" interchange (exit 56), merge onto the A37/B3 (Messeschnellweg) towards Hannover. Take the exit "MHH / Medical Park."
Important Note about parking
Designated parking for patients and visitors is available in the parking garage located directly next to the institute. The entrance is clearly marked.
By Public Transport
Hannover has an excellent public transport network (GVH).
- From Hannover Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station)Take the tram (Stadtbahn) Line 4 towards "Roderbruch."
- Exit at the stop "Medizinische Hochschule/MHH".From the tram stop, it is a short walk of approximately 5–10 minutes to the INI building. Please follow the signs for "INI Hannover".
From Hannover Airport (HAJ)
- By TaxiA taxi ride from the airport to INI Hannover takes approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic. This is the most direct option.
- By Public TransportTake the S-Bahn (suburban train) Line S5 from the airport's station (located in Terminal C) to Hannover Hauptbahnhof (main train station). This journey takes about 18 minutes. From the main train station, follow the directions above ("By Public Transport") to take the tram Line 4 to the "Medizinische Hochschule/MHH" stop.
