• Cost estimates and financial arrangements Any cost information provided in advance is non-binding and for orientation purposes only, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Final costs may vary depending on diagnostic findings, length of stay, surgical complexity, implants, intensive care requirements, complications, additional procedures, medication, rehabilitation needs, and other medically necessary services.

International patients may be required to provide advance payment, a deposit, or written financial confirmation before treatment.

• Insurance, travel, and accommodation Patients are responsible for clarifying insurance coverage, reimbursement, visa requirements, travel arrangements, accommodation, and other non-medical expenses unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Any support provided by INI in this context is organizational in nature and does not create an independent contractual obligation.
• Language and interpretation INI endeavours to support international communication wherever possible. However, the availability of communication in languages other than German cannot be guaranteed at all times. Where translations or interpretation are provided, they are intended to facilitate communication. In case of discrepancies, the legally relevant medical and contractual documents may be based on the original language version used by the institute.
